I saw #94557 and it reminded me I had that one sitting around, now it works on SPI bus with zephyr.
Netsol is a korean vendor of storage solutions and the s3axx04 serie is on the cheap end of MRAM memory. Their size ranges from 1 megabit to 32 megabits and they are available as wson8 and soic-8, in 1v8 and 3v3.
Tested with S3A1604V0M.
