Refactored elvis.config for improved style and rule management. Updated type specs and exports in observer_cli.hrl for better type safety. Modularized app statistics logic in observer_cli_application.erl. Improved command parsing and module invocation in observer_cli_lib.erl. Updated workflow to use 'rebar3 check' for quality checks. Removed duplicate overview.edoc files. Minor fixes and improvements across multiple modules for consistency and maintainability.
The CI workflow no longer tests against Erlang/OTP versions 24 and 25. This streamlines the test matrix to focus on more recent versions.
