Proposed change

Adds support for Schneider Electric WISER Sxx0567W (NHPB/SHUTTER/1).
Also puts a name on 'unknown' attributes.

Fixes #1685

Thanks for the PR @le-seb!

We've gone with the implementation in #4130, as that's a v2 quirk implementation and also lets us expose (basic config) entities directly from quirks to HA.

But again, thank for this PR.
