Run node

1. mkdir bin
2. Put FullNode.jar in the bin directory
3. ./scripts/run.sh
4. Wait some time
5. ./scripts/proposal.sh
6. Note that proposal will be executed only in an hour

FullNode address: http://localhost:26667

SolidityNode address: http://localhost:26668

Deploy verifier

1. ./scripts/deploy.sh
2. Fill TRANSFER_VERIFIER_ADDRESS in the .env file with the output address
