Code Review
This pull request from Snyk correctly upgrades the hono dependency to version 4.10.3, fixing a medium-severity security vulnerability. The change is straightforward and effective. I've added one suggestion regarding the project's dependency versioning strategy. Using caret (^) ranges instead of pinning versions could help automate the adoption of non-breaking security patches and bug fixes in the future, improving overall maintainability. This is a general suggestion to consider for the project's dependency management approach.

This PR correctly updates hono to a secure version. Consider using a caret (^) for the version range (e.g., ^4.10.3) to automatically receive future non-breaking security updates and bug fixes. While pinning versions ensures deterministic builds, it requires manual updates for every patch, which can delay fixing vulnerabilities. Since other dependencies are also pinned, this might be a deliberate project choice. If not, adopting caret versioning for dependencies could improve maintainability.
