Handle SPIN status without CC in job status check

Fixes #4797

Question:

• Does anyone understand the SPIN status?
• Is it the only SPIN status?
• Is there "is waiting for SPIN" or "finished SPIN" status?

It is possible, this issue is in V2: the zos-jes is in shell version using operator_command (SDSF dependency).
