This PR is #2 of a 3-part series that implements the new log index intended to replace core/bloombits. Based on ethereum#31079 Replaces ethereum#30370 This part replaces the old bloombits based log search logic in `eth/filters` to use the new `core/filtermaps` logic. Lower resource devices(e.g.- Raspberry Pi B+) with low CPU freq and 512MB of ram or less cannot complete processes within the current 5 second time limit. Suggesting 40 seconds, although this is not perfect as error still occurs, but at least command seems to be processed in the end, with a delay.
