Previously, the language identifier (e.g., 'it_IT', 'ar_001', 'en-scotland',...)
was appended to some voices with double parentheses, causing a fallback to the
default voice instead of the selected one. For example:
say -v 'Shelley (Italian' would have completed as:
'Shelley (Italian (Italy)) it_IT'
instead of:
'Shelley (Italian (Italy))'
Output for say -v '?'
