Add "advanced models" ModelSelector expansion

Added an expansion button to the model selector that exposes gpt-3.5-turbo-0301, gpt-4-0314, gpt-4-32k-0314.
I also gave the hover highlight rounded corners, to match the selection box's corners.

I've been hearing anecdotally that gpt-4-0314 performs better than gpt-4-0613(current), so i think it's fair to add these for extra customization/evaluations.

They aren't being removed from the API until next year:

We previously communicated to developers that gpt-3.5-turbo-0301, gpt-4-0314 and gpt-4-32k-0314 models were scheduled for sunset on Sept 13, 2023. After reviewing feedback from customers and our community, we are extending support for those models until at least June 13, 2024.

0613 is just a snapshot of gpt-4 + functions API, no? we can't use functions in BetterChatGPT yet i think

Is this dead? I might just focus on my own fork. The featureset isn't making it any more compelling compared to the alternatives
