Building on GitHub Actions #40, will PR to this once tests pass.
Fix the requirements.txt file to remove unused dependencies.
Add more git actions for codespell and formatting.
Add a makefile to easily run the tests and build the docs.
Run the tests and fix some errors.
Run the formatter, codepspell and docstring coverage checks.
