fix: tighten GIF crops to remove residual dark gray borders

Teleop GIFs: crop y-offset 68→86 to eliminate dark gray (value 14-24)
border pixels that standard cropdetect missed.
Dataset player GIF: crop y-offset 40→52 for the same reason, bottom
edge unchanged to preserve the full info overlay.
