…-layer spec P2-1 — open-core/monetization positioning (docs only, no code): - README hero re-centered on agent-native verification: RegressGuard runs inside the agent's own loop via MCP (primary), with human CLI/CI framed as secondary. - New "Agent-native verification (MCP)" section: rg mcp serve, Claude Code + Cursor registration, the three tools (snapshot/check/status), audit log note. - Added rg mcp serve to the command table; "Open core" footer linking the paid spec. - docs/json-contract.md: stable, versioned rg check --json contract (also returned by the MCP check tool) — top-level shape, per-finding-type before/after semantics, schemaDiff, examples, and ingest notes for a future hosted layer. - docs/paid-layer-spec.md: one-page open-core boundary + paid tier (org dashboard, history retention, compliance export) — scoped, not built; gated behind PRD change-control per AGENTS.md.
