cachyos-config: Some improvements

• Obsolete syntax fixed
• The alias chains with pipes have been converted into actual functions
• The bindings for !! and !$ have been encapsulated in so that they persist even when vi mode is activated
• The cleanup function now checks for orphaned packages before running pacman -Rns to avoid error messages
• The && in the update alias has been replaced by the ; and
• cp, mv and rm now ask for confirmation before overwriting or deleting anything
