What have you changed?
This fixes TWiLight being intermittently undownloadable by Universal-Updater. I looked into the various options and while using extended memory mode is compelling on n3DS it a) doesn't work for 3dsx and b) is much less compelling on o3DS (blocks applets, requires slow reboot into app). So I've decided I'm just going to ask TWiLight and RetroArch to ensure their files stick to 16MB dictionaries for 3DS, the archive size difference is actually quite minimal. 29MB vs 28MB for TWiLightMenu-3DS.7z
