Added warining about node version other than 12, and events allowing for low level control of reconnecting logic

What was done:

• when node hat other version that 12, you should see waringin with explaination until twitter devs solve problem
• this was documented
• added events for headers that contains info abut limits of twitter api
• added other events from stream
• added example of usage events in README
• Error rewritten from js to ts
• fixed 1 vulnerability
• version patched to 1.1.1
