Highlights

Upgrading From A Previous Version
If an older version is already installed, remove it before running the new installer when you are doing a manual upgrade:
- Close
BubblesTheDev Web Browser. - Open
Start > Settings > Apps > Installed apps. - Find
BubblesTheDev Web Browser. - Click the
...menu, then chooseUninstall. - When prompted, choose which local data categories should be removed or kept.
- After uninstall finishes, run
BubblesTheDev Web Browser_Installer_1.0.30.exe.
If you use the built-in update flow, the browser can still download and launch the newer installer for you.
Diagnostics And Support
If the browser crashes or a tab fails, export a diagnostics report from:
Tools > Export Diagnostics Report

Notes
- No telemetry or analytics services are configured.
- Diagnostics are stored locally, encrypted on export, and are not uploaded automatically.
- The Music Player scans only a local folder chosen by the user, and only after explicit consent.
- Bubbles Search Engine may contact DuckDuckGo and Google endpoints when the user performs a search from
bubbles://home. - Uninstall can remove browser profile data, saved passwords, diagnostics reports, and local update preferences independently.
- If the browser is installed to an external drive instead of
C:, install-linked browser data can follow that location and be moved to the external drive automatically. - Releases and installers are published through the GitHub releases page.
