Adds LION — a keyless, account-less x402 service: 20 data & compliance tools for AI agents, pay-per-call USDC on Base (no API key, no signup). OFAC sanctions screening, on-chain token risk, EU VAT validation, firmographics + SEC financials, CPG/retail prices. Every response is Ed25519-attested so an agent can verify integrity offline.
