Summary
Adds a PreMiD activity for BetOnline, an online sportsbook, casino, poker, and racebook platform. The presence reads the current page URL to show which section a user is browsing (Sportsbook, Casino, Racebook, Poker, Esports, Contests, VIP Rewards, Promotions, Crypto) along with sport/event detail where applicable, live betting/streaming state, and casino game detail. No API calls or third-party data sources are used — everything comes from
