The original create_udev_rules.sh script uses the colcon_cd utility, which has been deprecated and removed starting from ROS 2 Jazzy and newer distributions.
This new script works with old and future ROS 2 versions. It also automatically detects the workspace as long as the workspace environment is sourced before running the script.
