This is also the first time I tackled something like this. While I do use react daily, I have never patched existing software and I am sure there is a lot that can be improved.
Implements categories for the gif picker.
Will also include a second plugin for giving gifs descriptions to search for.
Replaces the default categories nobody uses entirely
I am aware a similar plugin PR already existed quite a while ago, but it was closed by the author without command and the repo seems to be gathering dust as well: https://github.com/Syncxv/vc-gif-collections.
