Only en_US.ts should be hand-edited; other .ts/.qm and resources.py are generated by sync_i18n_res.py. YouTubeRuntime.name changed to "YouTube Env" — a language-neutral identifier consistent with FFmpeg/N_m3u8DL-RE/goed2kd, avoiding double-translation in error message interpolation. Removed docstring from state_catalog.py.
