@machintim there are still many instances of breaks, the bad formatting of {term} roles and bold text instead of headings. We need to fix all of them.

@JimMadge Sorry, clearly got confused on the formatting here. Should all be consistent. I removed most of the plurals except for "safe researchers" to make it clear this is a broader, less ridged group and made the formatting correct (hopefully). |

Added Roles_Detailed.md as the canonical Role Catalogue, glossary with all 12 role definitions (including new entries for Data Owner and Information Governance Team) plus detailed sections with governance, architecture, and lifecycle process responsibilities for each role. All cross-references use {term} links. fixed mismatches due to plurals in role names
