This pull request removes the ValueLink API integration from the codebase.
The ValueLink integration was introduced more than 20 years ago to support a
third-party gift card processor. Since its introduction, it has never been maintained
and is now obsolete and unusable.
In addition, the implementation relies on outdated cryptographic mechanisms,
which are flagged by CodeQL as potentially insecure.
