Adding Molecule

I need geerlingguy/docker-ubuntu1804-ansible#11 and geerlingguy/docker-ubuntu1804-ansible#12 completed before this will work.

Awaiting resolution on ansible/molecule#2466.

Built my own image with these above fixes - https://hub.docker.com/repository/docker/artis3n/docker-ubuntu1804-ansible Using geerlingguy/docker-ubuntu2004-ansible. May create my own for a popos image, but ubuntu is fine.

Have to figure out how to resolve this error when using the non-root user ansible:
