Introduces periodic cleanup intervals and proper shutdown handling (SIGTERM/SIGINT) for in-memory state in flights, statistics cache, and all websocket modules. This prevents the ongoing memory leaks by removing inactive users, sessions, and timers, and ensures resources are released gracefully on server shutdown. Now no more memory leaks should appear.
How did noone notice the Terms, Privacy and Cookie llinks being wrong yet...
Increase broadcast interval (5s→30s), enable compression, and remove redundant broadcasts.
