opencode: Add a counter.py script

Related to #697

All steps are complete! Here’s a summary of what was done:

• Created a file called counter.py in the root directory.
• Implemented a simple Counter class that prints the numbers from 1 to 10, as requested.
• Ran the script to verify the output: the numbers 1 through 10 were printed, confirming correctness.
