Support for Virus Total Domain reputation

[KingBain]

Adds reputation to

changes:

• updated the virus total script to be a bit more mode agnostic, you can tell the script started off as scanning Ip address
• updated the virus total script to handle domain reputation lookups using the virus total API
• updated the action to support the new mode.
