feat: add BeyondATC and SayIntentions.AI as ATIS/METAR sources

Summary of Changes

Integrates BeyondATC SayIntentions.AI APIs to fetch METAR and ATIS information. Adds the respective settings to the EFB and wires the EFB Widgets and ATSU functionality.
Also fixes some bugs regarding AUTO ATIS and AUTO print

Testing instructions

If you do not have access to BeyondATC or SayIntentions:

1. Verify existing METAR sources work (check EFB and AOC Request)
2. Verify existing ATIS sources like Vatsim work (request D-ATIS)

If you do have access:

1. Select either ACARS provider in the EFB and verify they also appear as ATIS and METAR provider
2. Select your desired ATIS/METAR provider and verify the information is being displayed correctly
3. Check the EFB (also the Landing and Takeoff Widgets)
4. Request METAR and ATIS from the CDU
5. For D-ATIS, turn on auto-update and auto-print and verify they work properly

How to download the PR for QA
