What RecipeStripper does

RecipeStripper is a free web app at recipestripper.com that:

  1. Accepts any recipe URL from a blog or recipe site
  2. Extracts the ingredients and instructions using a four-tier pipeline (JSON-LD → Microdata → heuristic HTML → AI fallback)
  3. Embeds each ingredient quantity directly into the cooking step that uses it (the differentiator)
  4. Renders the result on a mobile-first reader optimized for kitchen use (large tap targets, high contrast, Cook Mode keeps screen awake)

No signup required. No app to install. Works on any device with a browser.
