Node 20 below ng-packagr minimum

ng-packagr 22.0.0 no longer supports Node.js 20, while the monorepo pins Node 20.19.5 via Volta and @sentry/angular declares engines.node >=18. Local and CI Angular library builds can fail when ng-packagr enforces its supported Node versions.
