install the requirements at requirements.txt
dont forget edit your token in core/__init__.py ( https://bot.telegram.com/bot12345:blLBABLA
set your webhook at https://api.telegram.org/bottoken:1231sdva/setWebHook?url=htttps://your-url.com
you can edit the feature at core/otak.py

send bot file ( .txt ) to got a lazy feature
