Comments
It has been confirmed that Spring Cloud Config 3.0.x is vulnerable, in addition to the versions already listed. The Spring advisory just says "Older, unsupported versions are also affected".
Also cleaned up the formatting to make it more readable. Also removed references to "Enterprise Support Only" since it not clear to everyone who the companies are that provide this enterprise support, and not all enterprise vendors provide the same versions.
