These commits fix the SystemSan test suite:
target_dnsandtarget_file.pytorch-lightningwould not build with a recent image ofgcr.io/oss-fuzz-base/base-builder-pythonand the repository hostingnode-shell-quotedidn't exist anymore.I'm aware of #9142 so I didn't re-introduce the detection of accesses to "tainted" files. The test suite still fails because of that, but this time this is expected ;-)
