This updates how the criticality_score tool is called in pr_helper.py.
The repository URL is passed directly to the command. Adding
--ensures it is always treated as a positional argument, even if it
starts with a hyphen.
This is a small change that makes the invocation more robust and
aligned with standard CLI practices.
