- Added `test-dist` to .dockerignore. - Removed NODE_ENV=production from Dockerfile. - Copied vitest.config.ts and .version to the Docker image. - Enhanced telemetry metrics with environment-specific prefixes and added a health check endpoint at `/healthz` in metrics.ts. - Updated README to reflect new metrics naming conventions and health check availability.
