About Me

I am a Multiomics Scientist with research interests in cancer genomics, single-cell transcriptomics, spatial transcriptomics, and multi-omics data integration.

My work focuses on analysing large-scale public genomic datasets to understand tumour biology, cellular heterogeneity, immune–tumour interactions, and disease mechanisms. I develop reproducible computational workflows that transform complex biological data into biologically meaningful discoveries.

I am particularly interested in integrating bulk RNA-seq, single-cell RNA-seq, and spatial transcriptomics to identify robust biomarkers and therapeutic targets for precision oncology. My long-term research goal is to contribute to computational approaches that improve our understanding of cancer biology through open science and reproducible bioinformatics.
