Promotes "Browse all dishes →" from a plain underlined link to a proper paprika-bordered pill button: 1.5px paprika border, 0.65×1.2rem padding, 999px radius, subtle paprika tint background at rest. Hover: fills paprika + flips text to bg color + 1px lift. Reads as a real CTA instead of incidental link text. Fraunces display font + 1rem size, slightly bigger than the prior 0.95rem.
