Remove ascents and their exclusively used dependencies. Due to not knowing how to model this, `climbdb` has removed them. They will come back eventually.
These have been replaced by regions, crags, and sectors.
This kind of needs to all happen at once... so, the changes include - Region, crag, sector parents - Using schema name in front of table
These are not supported in the most recent climbdb version.
Removes `climbsByParent` and makes `climbs` just get orphaned climbs.
Removes `formationsByParent` and makes `formations` just get orphaned formations.
