This sample workflow is designed to show how agents can migrate tax data in a way that is compliant with new regulations and includes HITL.
- Please note: the categories for data migration are not complete. This is a hypothetical workflow and would need to be customized to the user.
- Tax data is considered high-risk under new regulations.
- This workflow shows an agentic migration of tax data into different categories**.**
- It meets the requirements of new regulations by including HITL and two human reviewers.
- Additionally, reviewers 1 and 2 must be on separate devices and accounts to ensure there is no collusion.
- In large organizations, it is recommended that Reviewer 2 not see Reviewer 1's name and that reviewers be assigned randomly to further prevent collusion.
- The logs create auditable evidence of the AI's thought process and are used by reviewers 1 and 2 to make decisions regarding the data.
- Logging human actions adds to the audit trail and ensures there is no opportunity for fraud.
