👋 Hi, I’m Mariano

Manager Experience Engineering at Publicis Sapient. I work at the intersection of design, engineering, data, and strategy, with twenty years of experience building digital products across media, consulting, and enterprise contexts.

My current focus is Agentic Experience Architecture: designing the systems, interfaces, and governance patterns through which people and AI agents collaborate at enterprise scale.

A current research thread explores epistemic governance for noisy and agentic systems: how distributed observations, unreliable sources, model judgments, and narrative dynamics can be inferred, weighted, audited, and governed. REIM is the first public implementation of that line of work.
