Tested manually on on Ubuntu 24.04 LTS (x86_64) and macOS 15 on M1 Max
The "ubuntu docker with cuda" action fails independently of my changes, there is an error during the setup of the environment (missing header file), either a temporary problem (some caches incorrect, happened to me before) or the action needs to be updated.
