If you do not know how to do something, or you have a problem that you cannot solve, you can ask questions in the following places and get help from the TYPO3 community:
- TYPO3 mailing lists
- TYPO3 Slack group (there is a dedicated #realurl channel)
You should not ask questions in the issue tracker or by email: they will not be answered.
The author of the extension does not provide any support except bug fixing or new feature implementation. No exceptions. Your best chance is community.
