one question: I see the original PR was about adding 1.11.2 release notes. This seems to add 1.11.1 as well. Is this intentional? If 1.11.1 was missed to be added while it was released, it might need change management. I am not sure of the nuances of this operator's release hence would leave the decision to your discretion.

Closing as 1.11.1 and 1.11.2 are not applicable to OCP 4.15.
