    This milestone covers the items that need to be completed for a final draft of the first edition of the PURL Ecma Standard. The Ecma Standard is a subset of the Core Spec where the Ecma Standard scope is primarily the specifications for the 7 PURL components, the character encoding rules and the definition of the data structure for PURL Types (but not the PURL Type data itself).

  • PURL Ecma-Standard v1.1
