When building a v3.1 Plinky I noticed that the flash chip had the wrong value specified. The LCSC number was C97521 (which corresponded to W25Q128JVSIQ) and I assumed that was correct, but the value in the schematic and the PCB was W25Q32JVSS (the 32 Mbit version). So I updated the value to W25Q128JVSIQ so to not confuse future builders!
Have resubmitted this PR since the re-organisation of the hw section of the repo.
