Using 1 for everything lets markdown generate the numbers so you don't need to renumber everything if you add a step.

I changed it because I added a step, but then removed that step :)

I'm still iterating on a few different things, will tidy stuff up when I'm done

It might be worth adding something about manually setting it to a community if that step of the script fails.
