or new parameters or parameter values have been added to the algorithm.

Few weeks ago, while helping to debug a model, I found that the issuer was using a QGIS version too old for a core algorithm used in the model she was trying to run. In order to find what minimal QGIS version she should use for the model, I had to browse this repo and find the issue introducing that algorithm. Not a task anyone can do. Hence this PR to add forever the QGIS version introducing a change in the Processing algs.
I browsed down to 3.30 algs (I might have missed some, of course).

Is this something it makes sense to add?
If so, is the wording OK? instead of e.g. "introduced in...", "new in ..."
