Refactored occurrences of `execSync` to use `execFileSync` to avoid shell command injection vulnerabilities. Arguments are now passed directly to executables without shell interpolation. Also cleaned up unused `execSync` imports from various command files. Co-authored-by: raccioly <63126795+raccioly@users.noreply.github.com>

π Jules, reporting for duty! I'm here to lend a hand with this pull request. When you start a review, I'll add a π emoji to each comment to let you know I've read it. I'll focus on feedback directed at me and will do my best to stay out of conversations between you and other bots or reviewers to keep the noise down. I'll push a commit with your requested changes shortly after. Please note there might be a delay between these steps, but rest assured I'm on the job! π¨ Severity: CRITICAL
π‘ Vulnerability: Unsafe shell commands via
execSyncleading to potential command injection. For example, dynamically passing variables like a user-supplied CLI name orprojectDirto a shell can result in arbitrary command execution if the input is malicious.π― Impact: Prevents malicious attackers from injecting and running unauthorized arbitrary system commands (e.g., executing
; rm -rf /).π§ Fix: Replaced vulnerable
execSynccalls withexecFileSyncacross multiple files, effectively bypassing shell interpolation. Cleaned up unusedexecSyncimports to prevent future developers from introducing this vulnerability again. Emulated shell logic natively using Node.js logic and API.β Verification: Ran
node --test tests/*.test.mjsto ensure the project works normally without regressions.PR created automatically by Jules for task 18269154196101963359 started by @raccioly
