Chopcord is a modern PyWebview-based desktop client for Discord built for users who want:

Chopcord is fully open-source, meaning:
- 🔍 You can inspect all code

- 🔐 No data collection
- 💻 Discord authentication happens directly with Discord
- 📦 Everything runs locally
Chopcord is currently not signed due to the high cost of certificates. Windows may show an "unknown publisher" warning --- this is normal for free/open-source projects.
You can verify safety by: - Building from source

- Get the latest build for your OS
- Run it normally (you may ignore unsigned warning)
