Cosmetic relabel: tags work in the Branch field (since #1590), but the UI never hinted at it. Updates the
branchandbranch_requiredstrings in the English locale so the Repository edit dialog (and other ref inputs) read 'Branch / Tag' / 'Branch or tag is required'. Closes #3812.
